Παρατείνεται έως και την Πέμπτη 22 Απριλίου 2021 η προθεσμία υποβολής δηλώσεων για εμβολιασμό.
Ο Δήμος Σκιάθου, κατόπιν συνεννόησης με το Συντονιστικό Κέντρο ΓΕΕΘΑ της Γεν. Γραμμ. Πολιτικής Προστασίας, καλεί τους μόνιμους κατοίκους (ΕΛΛΗΝΕΣ – ΑΛΛΟΔΑΠΟΙ), ηλικίας 18 ετών και άνω, που επιθυμούν να κάνουν το εμβόλιο κατά του κορωνοϊού covid-19.
Απαραίτητα στοιχεία όσων επιθυμούν να εμβολιαστούν είναι :
-Ονοματεπώνυμο (με κεφάλαια), εάν κάποιος/α κάτοικος έχει 2 επίθετα ή 2 ονόματα να καταχωρηθούν.
-ΑΜΚΑ. Όσοι δεν έχουν ΑΜΚΑ θα πρέπει να προβούν στη διαδικασία έκδοσης προσωρινού ΑΜΚΑ εδώ https://emvolio.gov.gr/pamka

Οι μόνιμοι κάτοικοι που επιθυμούν να εμβολιαστούν μπορούν να δηλώσουν τα παραπάνω στοιχεία:

Διευκρινίσεις:
- Οι εμβολιασμοί γίνονται με το εμβόλιο της pfizer.
- Οι κάτοικοι ειδοποιούνται τηλεφωνικά μία ημέρα πριν το ραντεβού τους.
- Τα τρέχοντα ραντεβού θα πραγματοποιηθούν ως έχουν προγραμματιστεί.

Vaccination of all residents of the Municipality of Skiathos aged 18 and above
Extension of the deadline till Thursday 22th April
The Municipality of Skiathos, together with the Hellenic National Defence General Staff and the General Secretariat for Civil Protection, invites the permanent residents (GREEKS – FOREIGNERS), aged 18 and above, to have the vaccine against COVID-19.
To be vaccinated, you need to submit the following:
– Name and Surname (All Capitals), if a resident has 2 names or 2 surnames they have to be registered
– AMKA, those without AMKA should get a temporary one at the following link https://emvolio.gov.gr/pamka
– Contact Number
Monday 19th to Thursday 22th of April 9:00 – 15:00 at the:
– City Hall
– Health Centre
– Community Centre (at the end of the old port)
Or online at pressoffice@n-skiathos.gr where the registration will be verified via an answering email
Clarifications:
- Vaccinations are done with the Pfizer vaccine.
- Residents shall be notified by phone one day before their appointment.
- The current appointments will take place as scheduled.
